If you are a gym member
Please contact your gym first. Your gym holds your membership records and decided to message you; we act on its instructions and cannot change its records ourselves. If your gym does not respond, write to our Grievance Officer and we will follow it up with them.
If our response does not resolve a data-protection grievance, you may escalate to the Data Protection Board of India.
04Stopping messages
To stop membership reminders: reply STOP to any WhatsApp or SMS message from us, use the unsubscribe link in an email, or ask your gym. We record opt-outs centrally and stop sending regardless of the gym’s own settings.
